Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 2025
1. Membership
Participation in THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FOOTBALLING GROUP is voluntary and subject to acceptance by club management. The club reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts the club, its players, staff, or reputation.
2. Fees and Payments
All fees must be paid by the stated due date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are generally non-refundable except in cases approved by club management.
3. Player Conduct
All players are expected to:
- Show respect to teammates, coaches, opponents, officials, and spectators.
- Follow instructions from club staff.
- Refrain from abusive language, bullying, discrimination, or misconduct.
- Represent the club in a positive manner both in person and online.
4. Attendance
Players should attend scheduled training sessions and matches whenever possible. If a player cannot attend, they should notify a coach or club representative as soon as practical.
5. Health and Safety
Players and parents/guardians are responsible for informing the club of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies. Participation is at the player’s own risk, and appropriate safety equipment must be worn when required.
6. Photography and Media
The club may take photographs and videos during training sessions, matches, and events for promotional, educational, and social media purposes unless written notice is provided requesting otherwise.
7. Liability
THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FOOTBALLING GROUP is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Participation in football activities involves inherent risks, and players participate at their own risk to the extent permitted by law.
8. Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair scheduling for all athletes, any session cancellation must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations made more than 4 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the session, or failure to attend without notice, will be charged the full session fee.
- Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergencies at the club’s discretion.
By booking a session, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
9. Agreement
By registering with or participating in THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FOOTBALLING GROUP activities, players and/or their parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
